Terrible customer service. No follow up with 7 sets of bad mattresses.
Business response:
Mrs. ***** purchased these mattresses in May 2018 from us and had us deliver to a storage unit for an undetermined length of time for her. She worked with one of our sales people and called her in 2019 about her king mattress only and wanted someone to come by that day. We were not able to accommodate her schedule that day but, told her to call us when she would be back in town so we could come look at the King mattress. We have not heard from Miss ***** until we received this post she made on 10/24/2020.
