I went to Guten Tag Haus last week and purchased some items to give to my Sunday school children for Christmas. When I got home, I found that there was an issue with one of the items. When I called the store, they quickly offered to send me a new one so that I didn't have to drive over an hour to replace it. I was trilled when it came in the mail today in plenty of time. A HUGE thank you to the owner!

The shop is great, been stopping in for years. But every year the owner is less friendly, not welcoming at all. I spoke to him, and he just sat and looked at me. So, I left.

I came home for my 50th class reunion the past weekend (Oct. 5-7) after being away for over 40 years. I discovered this store and fell in love with it. The owners/managers were so welcoming and helpful, keeping the store open past closing to accommodate my husband and I. Awesome store, awesome staff. I highly recommend this store!
