I can highly recommend Sunny and the Gut Recovery Centre. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and her ability to make me feel comfortable throughout the process.
I absolutely loved the experience (not so much the colonic itself🤣) but Sunny made me feel extremely comfortable. She was welcoming, warm and made the space feel very safe. I felt amazing after my colonic, I felt light, had so much energy the same afternoon, my head felt very clear! I 100% recommend going to the GRC. I’ve got 2 more appts locked in and i’m so excited.
I highly recommend getting a colonic. Sunny and Kyla have been incredible to deal with. Both are information powerhouses and make you feel very comfortable while doing something that is uncomfortable for many! My partner and I have been going to sessions together and have been dumbfounded at what we have released and what it tells us is happening in our bodies specifically. Sunny and Kyla both have very different approaches so if you’ve tried one, definitely try the other to experience the difference and find what suits you!
1st time having a colonic & must say was apprehensive but my practitioner Sunny was amazing she explained the whole process & was very gentle whilst doing the procedure… The days after the colonic I felt the best in my gut in 2 years! Anyone thinking about & is unsure I say put your fears away & Highly recommend Gut Recovery
