We experienced an electrical issue with our van’s inverter during a road trip and randomly stopped in to Mike’s shop to see if he could help. He dropped everything he was working on to come troubleshoot our issue in our van which he was able to do quickly. Although he couldn’t get the correct replacement parts in time for our schedule, he gave us a detailed description of the issue which helped us solve the problem a few days later in Seattle. Mike went above and beyond to lend a helping hand

Rented from Mike in Sept 2024. We had an absolute blast in Gusto 3! The van and the build exceeded our expectations. Everything that we needed for a successful trip was already in the van. Mike directed us to an app which really helped us to find great spots to camp and we found great outdoor adventures at every turn. Travelling the US in the van was fun, comfortable and easy. I recently made a purchase online from Gustovans. Due to a misunderstanding I received the wrong item. I emailed Mike and he promptly responded with emails and even a phone call and the correct item was sent. He also paid to have the wrong item returned. He provided top notch customer service.
