Our ceiling was leaking with water whenever it rained due to hurricane damage but our insurance said there was no damage and didn't want to pay for us to get a new roof. They gave us the runaround for an entire year until we hired Charlie and his team to take them to court! Charlie was able to get us results, payment, and a new roof quickly. It was super easy to reach him via email, phone call, and text, which is so convenient. We're very happy with the results and new roof. Thank you!
