I was some info about permanent disability . The guy who took my info was rude and disrespectful. Initially I told this guy I have dyslexia with disability. He was talking very fast and explained to him to talk slow because of me being dyslexic.I understand if you’re taking the case but please . Took slow so I can understand you. I wasn’t rude or disrespectful but he was kinda arrogant.
