JP is a phenomenal lawyer and handled my husband's disability case with the utmost care. Also, his team is incredible; so caring and amazing communication. We were frustrated with the advocacy group that was originally handling the case and switched to Gustad Law when we had had enough. I initially went to them for a lawsuit and they were fantastic; though I found it odd the lawyer didn't want to battle in court. But when it came to the SSI portion, the lawyer (Angela) didn't properly go over what to say and not to say. Because of that, I was declined. Then, through no fault of my own, they decided to drop me. Not telling me for a month, leaving me only 30 days to find another lawyer and appeal the decision myself. I'd recommend JP for lawsuits but not SSI.
