They wanted to charge me $1000 to diagnose why my windows stopped working! I did a little digging and it was a fuse! I will NEVER go there again! Stay away, rude service, what a rip!
Family owned dealership… this place has a couple names, Gus Machado Ford, Ford of Kendall- same terrible company. This dealership and its employees are dishonest and take advantage of those with disabilities. Very shady business practices, I do not recommend this dealership for any services, sales, detailing NOTHING! Perhaps if you represent a specific community you will get better treatment. For me I will never service a vehicle here again.
