Dr. started treatment without bothering to do any diagnosis. He said I would feel better by the next day. Instead I felt worse. I definitely won't be back!

Checking credentials and researching is a must with finding a acupuncturist. Dr. Gu is the only qualified Dr. of Acupuncture I have found on the desert area. He went to the best Acupuncture College on the West Coast (Emperor's College of Acupuncture In Los Angeles) and he is a third generation acupuncturist and his son is a M.D. and Acupuncturist in a different area. I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis eight years ago and was prescribed increasingly stronger doses of pain medication to manage my symptoms. I started seeing Dr. Ta Gu four years ago when I finally decided to give acupuncture a try. After just one session with him I was already experiencing relief from some of my symptoms and was able to cut my pain medication dosage in half. He provides a safe and comfortable environment for his patients and an excellent level of care. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Ta Gu!
