So disappointed. I would give a zero if I could. They came at around 6pm when they said they will come around 12pm, and they took 5 hours to move the furniture from our house which is a bit understandable since we lived at the top of a 3 story apartment with no elevator. Writing about the experience I had last year. Their service used to be good. Had used them twice before with very satisfactory results. It seems to have gone downhill since. Very unprofessional people were sent for my last removal, and the owner kept making fake assurances. Having moved most of the smaller stuff by ourselves in the car, there were only furniture pieces that we had already disassembled and a few packed boxes.
