bought a mattress from them in oct 2022 with 5 years warranty didnt even last 3 years. its shrunken from middle within a year but i ignored it now it shrunk completely so i contacted the owner and i saw pictures to the guy he said he wont be replacing without receipt. I sent him exact dates when i made a purchase he started to ignore me. Never buying from them again. I bought an expensive mattress so it will last me longer with warranty but i guess i was wrong.
Very nice people to deal with.....had a great experience with them while buying. Must purchase from them.
