Being able to get local suspension service is such a blessing. This is a nice shop, nice bikes, nice experienced staff. I actually look forward to going to the shop. And I rarely use bike shops being able to do most things myself but I enjoy the people that work here!
Super friendly and knowledgeable shop. The energy of a true local bike shop with everything you need for the trails to the road and everything in between.
Fantastic bike shop with people who not only know bikes, but help their customers earnestly. I know they typically work on a variety of mountain bikes, but I came in with a project bike (1990s GT) and they were patient and kind through the process of figuring out my vision for the bike. Go out of your way for this shop, they are worth every penny. They are realistic with what they offer and they aren't there to upsell you.
I was looking for a bike fit for my new agro gravel rig and Tyler came highly recommended from the Head Coach of OVMTB. The process was really efficient. 1. Call to schedule and discuss my bike, setup, style of riding etc. 2. Initial fit session. 3. Final tune fit session. Tyler is truly an expert at what he does. Dana, Tyler and everyone at this shop are so knowledgeable, kind, and patient with all my questions. I just had my bike in for shock and fork service, and also for continuing trouble with my brakes. They contacted SRAM and got me fixed up with new and improved levers under warranty. I will be a customer for life. Thanks guys!
