Most comprehensive fit I have ever had! As a newer (and shorter) mtn biker, I just wasn’t feeling comfortable on my Pivot, despite having one fit elsewhere. I knew I needed to make some changes and upgrades. Heard that Tyler was THE guy to go for a mtn bike fit and that was 100% accurate. In addition to all measurements, he checked my flexibility, mobility and asked a lot of questions about how I ride and my goals. Tyler does an amazing bike fit. I used the Retul software. Fit, ride a week or so, Fit and then saw 8 of my best power numbers of all time. Very happy with the results!
Great shop. They have mostly everything. Customer service oriented. High end bikes and consignment. Benjamin spent several hours talking to me about gear and tools. Great shop, great service, genuine gear heads. Check them out if you are in the area for superlative customer service.
Best bike shop in town, everyone there is so helpful and knowledgeable. I think they are the first bike shop in tucson or maybe Arizona with a bidet in the bathroom.
