I want to address a negative experience I had with a pre-owned reseller in San Antonio, Gurinsky's Fine Jewelry. They have deleted my posts and reviews, blocked me, and failed to address the situation. A few years ago, when I visited their store, I was immediately profiled, asked for ID, and accused of casing the business. The police were called, and I was escorted out like a criminal.
