We've been dealing with Elliot for years. When we called to schedule our annual appointment for our taxes , we were told to drop off the paperwork and the new owner will let us know when they're done. I explained to the lady I don't feel comfortable doing that unless it's Elliot that's doing them. She gave us an appointment for March 29. We show up at 4:30 only to find that the office is closed for Easter weekend. We didn't get any kind of call to notify us. Some of us have to work these holidays and had to leave work early ... read more
