These people are THE BEST!! I worked with Erin. We got along great; we made jokes about how long the recovery was, weight gain after surgery, when I could do a cartwheel again, and how many one-arm pull-ups I'll be able to do while my shoulder heals! She kept my head above water when those moments would hit and all I wanted to do was drown. She also modified exercises where safe and applicable. A win-win! Give Erin and Maddy a raise!!!! Yay!
