Even through the difficult times we are having with supply chain issues and logistics problems effecting the world, they have stayed in constant contact with their customers and partners and work hard to do what's needed to support their customers. Chelsey helped me with everything to upgrade my home office workstation and I am so happy with the results. I had a tabletop that a family member made, and she turned it into a modern electronic height adjustable desk. She found me drawers that fit and hid my hard-drives, laptop, regular desk stuff; and sourced a great monitor arm with USB ports to hold the weight of my monitor. No one around at shipping and receiving had run around to find someone.
I highly recommend using any other company. Overpriced. Very poor customer service especially from Chelsey Rogers and Greg Wiechold. Ordered a piece in November and was finally installed yesterday.
