I was forced to deal with David Gunn when my father passed away and he was my father’s attorney. Not only was he smug and unpleasant to deal with but he also was in bed with the Stanford group and invested a large chunk of my father’s estate in it, which we lost it all because it was a scam. Come to find out David was treated to lavish trips and benefits from Stanford for convincing his clients to invest in it. Absolute rip off. Tami York listened to us for an hour then told us she had a trip to go on over the weekend and “we were in luck” because she would think about our case while driving. We didn’t expect or want her to daydream for days on her drive but she charged us 8000 dollars for her driving over the weekend. When we asked why an hour of her time cost so much we were basically told deal with it. I would NEVER recommend this business. They should be disbarred.
