In the process of trying to set up my 2 night 3 day vacation, only for all of my selected dates to be unavailable. Apparently I’m on my last try for selecting dates, which according to the customer service rep “was clearly stated on my brochure” along with the fact that “it is not a free vacation”. I’m sure these dates will be unavailable as well. I asked if they could tell me what dates and locations they had available, but they refused. I figured it was a scam.
