I needed PT after core muscle surgery in May of 2024 and Roland at Gunks PT was excellent. He is very knowledgeable and thorough and unlike any other PT I have ever done, sessions are one on one which is GREAT!!! I was back to cycling, running and swimming only 8 weeks after surgery. Highly recommend Roland and Gunks Physical Therapy.
With a history of moderate spinal stenosis, I developed some moderate arthritis in my hip and sciatica in one leg. My goal in working with Roland was to develop an exercise plan that would address both issues. In seven weeks, through a process of trial and error, I now have a series of exercises that I can incorporate easily into my daily life, using the simplest aides (pillow, bands, belt) and no equipment. Roland is one of the best . Total gem. He listens , addresses and cares.
My daughter was diagnosed with scoliosis and was prescribed Schroth therapy. We are so pleased we found Dr. Alley! He was kind and attentive with my daughter and took the time needed to explain the theory of Schroth and answer all the questions we had along the way. The best part of our time with Dr. Alley is that he successfully guided our daughter through her scoliosis treatment and has inspired her to think about physical therapy as a possible career path!
