Awesome practice I've been going there for decades
Dr Guneratne & Heather have been our family doctor for over 40 years. I tried to make an appt but I was told by a very rude receptionist (Michelle) they aren’t taking any new patients. Trust me - I will be paying a visit to the office - this receptionist is beyond rude!!!!! Told me Dr Guneratne doesn’t make the decisions - his name is still on the slate ….. so how can he not be the final decision I definitely will be paying a visit.
They suck. Denied me medical treatment after I been going to them over a year. My insurance changed due to work. So they leave me one message saying my insurance changed. I didn’t realize it untill I went for medical help that I owed 200$. I’ve spent more on co pays. Instead of treating me and giving me time to fix the situation they deny me medical. They also denied me my blood test results that I need for my new doctor. Horrible ppl with no morals. I do not recommend this place at all.
