Jenifer has created such a beautiful, welcoming space. I used to feel intimidated entering a fitness space and guilt when it comes to 'self care'. But I feel so safe in this space. I attended Mum's and Bub's Pilates, Jen was so understanding of both Mum's and Bubs. Jen is a genuine, knowledgeable and humorous teacher. Her ability to understand her students and cater to everyone's needs is beautiful. Highly recommend this studio if you are looking to unwind and belong.
Jen is alway welcoming and the yoga class is a great way to move each week in a space I feel calm, comfortable and supported. Wellness therapies I have tried include rain drop, hot rain drop, cupping, microcurrent therapy and infrared sauna. All therapies are delivered in a professional way and I always leave feeling incredibly relaxed.
Thank you Jen for creating such a wonderful space to nurture our mind body & soul. Stress is a distant emotion when we enter your studio and such a bonus being so close to home.
