on 12/20/24 I had my first massage ever here and it was a nightmare. 3 times I told Eve she was hurting me as it felt like she was using ALLLLL her strength to push as hard as she could into my R shoulder blade. I woke up the next day it total AGONY. Ended up at urgent care with what they thought was a pinched nerve from her trauma. Spoke to Eve who offered a "partial refund" if I signed a paper relieving them from liability.
