This ceremony was for my husband’s sister, and it was meant to be a peaceful and respectful moment for our family to say goodbye. At approximately 2:15PM March 8th, I carefully lowered the biodegradable urn, which I had personally covered in flowers, into the water and began our prayer. We chartered their 65' yacht for a burial at sea for my sister. This was a very meaningful moment for our family, and unfortunately the experience ended up feeling rushed and poorly handled. We had a custom biodegradable urn and a flower arrangement that our family spent several hours preparing. Wish I could give 0 stars. This was a complete disappointment. The company Captain Spags falsely advertised a 2-hour tour, which ended up lasting only 90 minutes. To make matters worse, the boat was broken. I would never use this company again—avoid if possible.
