This is a family owned business that treats its customers like "family." From the initial contact for scheduling their service, to the actual pick up, drop off and return trip, the entire team is helpful, responsive, caring, punctual and professional. This 5 Star rating is well deserved, and I recommend them without hesitation.
I have not used this service and I’m leaving this review in regards to their drivers decision to block the only drop off area at a Neurosurgeon’s office caring for many people with mobility issues. I counted five patients with walkers in the waiting room alone. They parked their van in the single lane valet area and waited inside while playing on their phone for their transport. Excellent experience to and from oral surgery. From scheduling, pricing and the interaction with the driver everything exceeded my expectations. This service is the way to go to avoid using friends and family. I will definitely use GulfCare Transport for their service in the future.
absolutely the roughest ride I’ve ever had in a medical transport van. I’m a disabled person and this this van was rougher than I’ve ever had. I called and talk to the owner and told him they need to add to get the stretch, replaced Strus replaced this was ridiculous. It was so rough. I would not recommend them again.to there to get new struts on these vans this was as bad as I could, as you could imagine I wouldn’t recommend them anymore kind of expensive I wouldn’t do it.
I use Gulf Coast Patient Transport for all my Medical Transports needs. Mike the owner always works with me to make sure I am at my appointments in good fashion. In his always new vehicles and best trained drivers you could ever ask for.
