I deal with the Creighton Rd. Location everyone there are helpful & kind...But there is Leslie Sanchez this kind hearted lady is a blessing to this company. She's so helpful & takes her time with you to listen & get the issue sloved& if she can't help you she gets you to the ppl who can she is awesome. When God put me with her he knew what he was doing & I've given her her flowers & have let her know how much I appreciate her & her kind spirit.
I have been working with Kim Glass for a couple years now. She’s probably the best Finance Rep I know. Kim has a great personality, and offers great customer service. I wish more people in the customer service field had her character. This world would go around a lot better if they did. Not sure if it’s just a lack of communication or understanding. I tried to do a principal only payment on the phone. Was told it had to be done online. Did that! They took out interest. Called the branch, they put the interest towards the principal. Fast forward a few months, did it again. Called the branch, was told you have to call to do a principal only payment or it has to be from an internal account online.
