Now that you've deleted all your branch phone numbers - customer service is non-existent for those of us who travel.
Incredibly slow. Go to any other bank.
Zero stars is not availble. I closed our accounts with Gulf Winds because of a 10.00 services charge Reason? The USPS failed to forward our mail as requested. I addressed it at the bank counter and their statement was "yes we do charge for that." Enjoy the collection of the fee. we have taken my families buiseness to NFCU.
My experience was awesome!!!! Noah Gilliland who opened up my accounts was very respectful and was more than professional when dealing with me. I would most definitely recommend banking with gulf winds to anyone.
