Kim Glass at Gulf Winds went above and beyond helping me with my auto loan. The dealership I went through took weeks to send over my payoff check for my trade in and she was always a text away with an update for me. I highly recommend Kim, and this bank!
Went to deposit a check at the Milton branch so I could do holiday shopping this weekend and found that they were closed - at 4:25 on a Friday. Last time I checked Black Friday was not a bank holiday. Nothing on their website or on the app stating that they would not be open for business. No Christmas shopping for me this weekend. NOT. HAPPY.
I've been with Gulf Winds since 2006 and recently paid my car off early. Well we canceled the extended warranty and no refund. We originally paid over $1800 for the extended warranty. They only paid out $832 in repairs throughout the loan. There excuse was that the percentage used was 80%. WOW! Is that math with a curve? They also stated that the cancelation fee was $25.
