Yesterday, I was assisting my client with his bank business of opening up an online banking account. The lady that was supposed to help us stood at the counter talking and laughing with the teller about nothing pertaining to banking. She finally came over to my client and myself. As we entered her office she didn't speak until we spoke to her. The member advocate experience was so unprofessional. She kept asking the same questions. She really didn't want to be bothered.
