When I bought my jet ski from here was told that the first oil change would be free. Of course when I went up there they first laughed then said that they would not honor there agreement. The two guys at the services department are very disrespectful and the salesmen lie and tell you anything to sign the paperwork, but after you do they do nothing for you. The way they do business is depressing don't buy anything from GSPS

If you buy something from here you might as well buy a comfortable chair, big bottle of lube, bend over and get ready to be violated

Gulf Shores Power Sports.. Worst experience ever for buying a new boat and service. I ordered a new boat. Was told I would get a manufacturers extended motor warranty during a Spring promotion. A few days prior to delivery, I was told I would have to pay for it, but they would allow me to pay the dealership's "discounted" price. An option I added to the order I was told it would cost me $xx, but a few days prior to delivery, I was told it would cost me more $$.
