Shannon was wonderful. We had a group of 10 people ranging from 7 to 84 years old. Shannon dealt with all the kid antics easily and helped my 84 year old mother be comfortable in the pictures. The pictures turned out perfect. I love them. I only wish (and this is my fault not Shannon's) that we had taken fewer posed shots and more candid shots because they are just precious. Five stars is not enough!!!! My advice to any vacationing family is to choose Shannon and Gulf Shores Family Photography because her experience is undeniable. As a man I must admit I'd rather do almost anything other than take an evening to do pictures while on vacation. The women always book pictures and the guys are always made to participate against our will. But this time was different. It is the first time everyone genuinely had a good time and that is directly related to Shannon being fast, fun, and genuine. Bravo!

We had a very unfortunate experience with this photographer. We had booked a session and paid a $150 deposit. Sadly, a death occurred in our family shortly before the scheduled shoot, and we had to cancel due to the circumstances. We reached out immediately, explained the situation, and asked to either reschedule or discuss a refund. Instead, we were told the full amount was non-refundable, and no consideration was given despite it being an emergency far beyond our control. Shannon from Orange Beach Family Photography was phenomenal. She knew exactly how to get the best shots. Amazing professional who also made our family session fun! And the gallery of photos came out amazing! Highly recommend!!

We had a great experience with Gulf Shores Family Photography. Shannon was wonderful! She got right to work and snapped so many pictures of our family. I still can't believe how many great pictures she took in 15 minutes. The turnaround for receiving our pictures was faster than expected. We had so much fun and LOVE our pictures. We can't wait to have some printed to hang in our home. We definitely recommend Gulf Shores Family Photography if you are wanting great pictures of your family on the beach. :o)
