My daughter had surgery yesterday. it was to remove a tumor on her ovary after surgery is done. I’m told that my daughter has severe endometriosis. Lots of scar tissue My daughter leaves the hospital, we are told and giving the prescription discharge paper which states the prescription was called in to Walmart on 23rd St., right next to Gulf Coast Hospital surgery center. I had surgery on my ACL here. The staff, the facility, and the kind caring atmosphere made everything so pleasant even in a scary painful situation. I’m sending a huge thank you to the team that took care of me: Autumn was my pre-op nurse and was so very kind and attentive. The CRNA, Chris G. and the anesthesiologist, Dr. Joe were so knowledgeable and efficient. The nurses and anesthesiologist were great especially Spring and Mike, however the radiologist Dr Farag didn’t care that he caused me unnecessary pain when they did my nephrostomy tube exchange with total disregard for my comfort. Very unhappy with him and don’t suggest using him I am here to state my change of opinion on Dr Farag after speaking with him Monday the 15th of April when I was scheduled for another routine tube exchange before my procedure he was very apologetic about any discomfort I had and assured me that I w... read more
