This has been long overdue! I have been a client of two of the big five Canadian banks for over two decades. I am a small business owner and it has been a rollercoaster experience trying to get support from Royal Bank and TD. The service has been substandard and I have always felt as a number! I am so appreciative of the staff at the Gulf and Fraser North Burnaby Branch. Kateryna Malik has often called and emailed me to make sure I didn’t miss an investment opportunity, Kushdev Gill spent ample time answering questions for me and offering perks I didn’t know existed, and this past Saturday, Katelynn Dang was so patient and considerate.
