I cannot say enough of how service oriented GnF is, and in particular this branch at Fraser Highway. The services offered are very much user friendly. Kiranjeet Kaur one of the staff has made heads turn towards how GnF can make banking very simple and make the particular situation genuinely friendly. THIS BRANCH HAS WONDERFUL SET OF STAFF WHO ARE ALWAYS LOOKING TO HELP THE MEMBERS IN EVERY POSSIBLE WAY. FRONTLINE STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ESPECIALLY WENDY , POOJA AND KIRANDEEP. THEY ARE VERY NICELY GUIDED AND SUPPORTED BY VERY INTELLIGENT AND CAPABLE MANAGER SUE HEER . SHE IS AVAILABLE ALL THE TIME FOR TAKING CARE OF NEEDS OF THE MEMBERS FOR WHICH SHE DESRERVES MY KUDOS.
