I love this branch and trust them with my money. I am happy to have Simran, Johnny, and Greg in my corner.
Due to the COVID-19 situation I did not actually go in branch this last time, but interacted with staff here over the phone. I just wanted to say I really appreciate how easy it is to reach someone at G&F right now versus my experience waiting on the line to speak to reps at large banks. And of course, they were also very polite and helpful.
I had great experience here. Very helpful staff. Dina Soboutizanjani and Sina Asgari helped me figure everything out. Always got back to me as soon as possible. Both of them with vast knowledge of their field. They went above and beyond to make everything work for me the way I wanted. Also other staff here were very friendly and helful.
G&F Financial Group, the Brentwood Branch has an excellent customer service with lots of great offers and promotions. I had in person meeting with Dina and she was super helpful and knowledgeable for all my needs and much beyond. I definitely recommend G&F Financial Group for everyone because they have excellent customer service, great offers and an amazing stuff to coordinate all your banking needs with.
