This place was great when it was ACU. After all the mergers, service has gone majorly down hill. You can't call the branch anymore, it's a call-center that is always busy. The person answering can rarely actually help you. If you email an inquiry, it might take 6 weeks to get a response, even though you're promised a response within a day. I came in today with the intent to close my account because I have been getting monthly fees, but then had Lavanya Ayyappa help me and she explained the different account types and options, and helped me switch to a more appropriate account with no fees! No one had ever told me that was an option before when I had asked why I was getting charged monthly. Lavanya was incredibly patient and kind and very helpful. If it weren’t for her I probably wouldn’t be a Gulf&Fraser member anymore.

We are so appreciative of the service we received from Rick Sandhu at the Mt Lehman Branch. We went to our local branch and left with our request unfulfilled. After contacting The Hub, Rick responded right away, he sent a follow up email with instructions and took care of our request in a timely manner. His communication was great and its exactly the experience that I'm used to receiving from the Mt Lehman Branch. All branches should strive to provide their members with this level of service.
