I had my ride scheduled for 4:00pm and it is now 5:30pm, they said they cancelled my ride to go home and had to reschedule my ride to a later time at 6pm. So I have to wait another hour or so!! This is the worst service, only good thing about it that it is only $1.. but don't expect them to be on time!! Not reliable source of ride, people that answer the phone will not answer or are just going to tell you to wait or take an Uber.. They can cancel your ride on their end of the side anytime.
