horrible service
Slow and unresponsive. I've been trying to ask them to forward my medical records to my new doctor w/o success in the past 6 weeks. Fax, email, mail. Nothing worked. My doctor still has not got my medical records
Very impressed. I complained on review and owner called me personally and sent my medical records to me right away, was very personable and nice without charging me at all to make amends. He fixed all problems immediately. Thank you.
Wen filling out contact forum online the captcha does not display the letters so there is no possible way to contact there's the online form. There is only the business phone. Please fix !!!!
Receptionist is very friendly but this business moves at the speed of near suspended animation. My insurance company sent a records almost 3 weeks ago and they still have not generated an invoice for the records. My claim will be denied on Monday. I will lose a week of pay. Is Gulf Coast Process gonna make my house payment in December, right before Christmas? I don’t think they care.
