I called on a Sunday around 2pm for smoking cessation after seeing that the website had no hours listed. I thought I was calling an office phone that would have hours listed on the answering machine, or perhaps I could leave a message. It was a personal phone and the woman was incredibly rude about me calling. I asked for the hours and she rushed through them forcing me to ask her to repeat Saturday’s hours. She replied with “it’s Sunday.” Needless to say, I won’t be calling back or making an appointment.
