What A wonderful experience from the time I entered, to leaving. Brooke was extremely attentive to my needs and concerns. She presented me with different options. After choosing the hearing aids that I felt was best suited for my needs, follow up appointments were just as important to her, making sure that settings and adjustments were comfortable. Time for hearing aids. Ugh. Or so I thought until I had my hearing test and given options by the audiologist Brooke Gentile. I (was) vain and very adamant about the CIC solution. Difficult to see in the ear. Brooke knew I would not be happy with my selection but ordered them and configured the hearing aids (CIC) for my needs. After several weeks, I brought them back for resizing. At that time Brooke recommended I wear the over the ear hearing aids until the current CIC’s were resized.
