The branch office in Alice have some amazing tellers plus an amazing manager ( Priscilla) very nice understanding always with a smile very caring. I always enjoy visiting the Gulf Coast Federal credit Union in Alice.
I have always had exceptional customer service with GCFCU. I recently needed to renew some CDs and spoke to Lisa, the branch manager at the Alice location. She put in the future dates and promised to renew them when they matured. She kept her promise and contacted me to confirm the renewal. Lisa and Debby have helped me with many issues over the years.
