I was very stressed and worried, I had an issue on my account and didn't know what to do. I called the Credit union after 5pm expecting everyone to have gone home for the day. But, someone was there and it was Belinda G. From the Call Center and she was so extremely helpful. She solved my problem immediately and was very kind and sweet. i have a long standing cd with this cu and usually manage at this location but after what i saw im going to rodd field instead... i love the manager but she needs to hire new people last time i came in teller with long black hair was talking very unkind to the girl who helped me a few time before and that should not be the first impression anyone gets when they walk into your place of business. unprofessonal

the ladies in the lobby here are always really helpful and know exactly what they're talking about. the girl they have running the drive thru at nite i think her name is katherine? shes a real peach she helped me so much with understanding my loan payments will be requesting her help from now on.
