They have had errors which we have had to pay for. They have misplaced our money with other accounts. They have misplaced and accidentally almost lost a check we sent for a payment. They said there was a grace period after the day of our payments due date, but they failed to let us know there was a daily late fee plus the interest incurred. So watch out for hidden fees. And most probably, the person who says they are "the best"...its an employee of Gulf Coast. So, watch out.
