Joe and his crew did a great job installing the EZ dock in our pond. They discussed configuration options and helped us select the most appropriate spot in the pond as well as the proper distance from shore. The dock is just what we needed to start enjoying our pond and the grandkids use it daily. The installation was done quickly and professionally. My wife and I had a good experience and highly recommend Gulf Coast EZ Dock and Joe and his crew.
as for the guy that wrote the 1 star about custom service I'm not fully defending the company but I'm in business myself and I know exactly how hard it is with the employee situation so if you don't own your own company and haven't dealt with what we have then you have no right leaving anything negative plus not to mention the way I like to look at it is always think that that man's mother could have died that week I wouldn't call you back either and at least now he knows what customer not to call back. Terrible customer service. Placed an order and owner said product would be there in two weeks. Two weeks goes by and when I try to contact them 3 times over a 4 day period, they refuse to respond. Must be nice to be in a business where you don’t need customer service at all.
