Extremely frustrating experience with my Auto Loan. From the beginning I was made aware that processing times at the DMV were 4-6 weeks. On week 6 I called the title department at GCEFCU and was told they were $76 short and had to resubmit the application where it will take another 4-6 weeks. No one from GCEFCU had called me to update me with this latest information, I had to reach out after not receiving my new registration sticker and plates in the mail.
