Nick from customer service was extremely rude since he picked up, told me to repeat my account number in rude way, then said he could not help me at all with my debit card.
I recently applied for a loan for a new car, and Philana Anderson, my loan representative, made the whole process painless and stress free. She communicated with me often and answered all of my questions. She was friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure the car buying experience would go smoothly.
