So I made a purchase and refunded the item. The refund never made it to my bank Gulf Coast Educators Credit Union. The merchant sent me the receipt of the refund. Gulf Coast said, we will charge $25.00 if we can't help you with that refund. In addition to another $25.00 they already charged me for a similar situation. They are losing my trust. It is time to change banks.
