Update: The Owner and his wife (I am assuming) were in today. Instead of working with me to resolve my problem (has had my scooter for over a month that had a manufacturer part fail), he confronted me about my google post (asking for someone to reach out to support and provide a timeline of repair) and that I blew up his phone (I left 2 messages over 3 weeks). Hi, Your store voicemail has had a family emergency closing for over a week. I currently have a scooter at your store for repair, with parts that they are trying to deliver. Would it be possible for someone to reach out to me so that I could either have a time-frame of possible return or get my scooter to figure out having it repaired? I totally understand having something going on and hope everythingends up ok with whatever situation you are all experiencing, but is there anyone available for any sort of support?

We purchased two e-bikes and a trailer from this shop, spending over $3,300. Despite paying extra for assembly and warranty, our bikes have been non-functional after just about 30 miles of use. The shop has had our bikes for a month today with constant excuses and no resolution. The owner even promised to take them to another repair shop by Wednesday of last week if he couldn't repair them, but that didn't happen. It's a ripp off. Owner doesn't keep up on his end of the deal. Also he will provok you into an argument so he can illegally Void the warranty. Not counting that on 4/21/25 I stated the fact that the certification of the bike I bought was done incorrectly he screamed at me came from behind the counter and got in my face. Nobody should purchase anything there.

Brought my E-Bike in on a Wednesday to get 1 flat tire changed and brakes checked. Told Richard I was moving out of state in 11 days. I called him 3 times throughout the week asking for a status update. He continued to say he hadn’t had a chance to look at the bike. On day 10 I called to ask for a status update and he said he hadn’t had an opportunity to look at the bike because lots of other people brought their bikes in to get serviced after me. 10 days in the shop and hadn’t even looked at the bike.
