B-E-W-A-R-E Trust me STAY AWAY. I can't say any more due to legal reasons, but trust me if you value your money stay away from them/
Beware I've had 5 houses designed and built in the area and used these this firm once- my experience was NOT good. I've had a TON of problems with my home due to the lack of foresite and design. Once the problems were realized they were quick to remove themselves from the situation. It would have been nice to feel like I had a partner to solve the issues once they were realized. There are plenty of other decent engineers in the area.
