It has been over six months since I paid for what was advertised and I have neither received what I paid for nor a refund. Their email response says they usually respond back within 24 hours but I have been sending emails and waiting for responses for months. I was told that they were working on the refund and it’s been weeks again with no answer from anyone when I send inquiries.
We had a very positive experience working with their team. Communication was fast and clear and the article was well written and published quickly.

They took pmt, lied, then stopped talking. Total rip off! I gave one star because it doesn't give an option of the bird!
