I went in to the Elmwood branch to report a fraudulent charge on my checking account. They stopped my debit card and reissued another. They told me that they had filed a dispute for the charge. When I called to check on the status of the dispute it had not been filed. The woman sat in front of me, in my face, clicking on her keyboard supposedly taking care of opening a dispute but that was not the case. What's the point of having a branch open if their service is useless. Especially when a checking account has been breached.... read more

Erica from OnPath as well as the last person I spoke has a very stank attitude. They called and asked for my husband I expressed to them my husband is deceased (not Erica) and the heffa said oh ok. Really pissed me off. And Erica in ARD was just as worst. You guys need to train your employees on proper etiquette of how to speak to someone that’s dealing with a sensitive issue. Just horrible
They never or rarely answer the phone on Sundays probably taking a nap
Everyone is so pleasant at all the locations...I deal mostly with the Elmwood location Ian & Brittaney are AMAZING so happy I decided to bank with Gulf Coast
