Katie showed excellent customer service with the highest professionalism for such an easy transaction. Doesn’t matter what the issue is she takes care of her customers.
The bank was very busy Saturday but everything moved along smoothly. Wonderful ladies working there. Very friendly with the customers.
Haven’t been a customer for a long now ,but great service, exceptional response times, professional and friendly. If ever in need of a good banker I recommend going to Gretna location and seeing Mrs. April Turner great personality and really knows her stuff!
